Up to a maximum of 3 rooms, also of different type, for each search. |
Can I make specific requests for my booking? |
On booking form you have an blank space to include your special requests or notes which will be forwarded to hotel and handled depending on availability. We cannot guarantee that they will be satisfied. |
The room rate is per person or per room? |
All rates are per room per night. A different number of persons for each booked room, or different services not foreseen in the reservation, may cause a different rate. |

What happens when I make a booking? |
The reservation is completed by a resume page with reservation number. Please print and keep this page as receipt of your booking. You will also receive the confirmation by e-mail within short time. If not, please contact directly the booked hotel. |
When will the hotel receive my reservation? |
Within few minutes after you complete your booking. |
Is my booking immediately confirmed? |
YES, as soon as you will receive the confirmation e-mail. If you should not receive the confirmation e-mail within short time, please contact directly the booked hotel. |
Will I receive a written confirmation of my reservation from the hotel? |
NO. All you need are your resume page and the confirmation e-mail. |
May I do a phone booking? |
NO. Our Booking On Line works only through Internet and E-mail. |
What happens if I chek-in late? |
All reservations, being guaranteed by credit card, will be held for the first night booked, therefore you can arrive at any time of arrival day. In case of no-show or posticipated arrival without notice within cancellation policy terms, first night will be always charged. |
Are taxes included? |
Except when otherwise indicated, all taxes are included (VAT and service) are always included. |
Will there be extra hidden costs? |
The confirmed rate could be subject to changes in case of different number of persons for each booked room, or different services not foreseen in the reservation. |

Yes, to book On Line you must guarantee the reservation with a valid credit card, among those accepted by the selected hotel. Only with credit card guarantee the reservation will be accepted. |

Which are the terms and conditions? |

Shall I pay on-line? |
No. No pre-payment is requested. The reservation is guaranteed by your credit card which will be charged only in case of no show or late cancellation/amendment depending on each hotel terms and policy. All conditions are indicated in the booking form and in your confirmation. |
